About me

My name is Osman Mrzljak. I am Java Consultant living in Holland. I advise organizations on software development process and J2EE architecture. I have coached numerous enterprise application integration projects. I pretend usage of Open Source and Open Standards in J2EE platform, and believe that a combination of modern agile development process and proven Open Source solutions in J2EE platform can result in chipper TOC (Total Cost of Ownership) for most organization.

I am active in some Open Source projects; Hibernate , jTDS , JBoss . Using a product from an Open Source project, indicates a moral obligation to deliver something to Open Source. We just couldn't use it, we have to help development by donations, patches, updates, feedback, etc.

After working at Ordina , a large Dutch IT firm, for five years, I recently joined B-inIT Consultancy Group in the role of J2EE Software Architect. I am specialized in modern software development, ranging from software development methods, object orientation, UML , software architectures to development environments and Java ( J2EE ) platform. In background, after work, I investigate economical situation on Balkan. These countries have most economical grove potentials through out Europe. This market is stabilized now, after political problems in past 15 years. I would like to help the people and organization from West-Europe to make valuable business contacts with partners from Balkan and v.v.
